Step 2: Within two weeks, you will get your first Real Estate Wealth Digest.
Step 3: Within 30 days, you will get an email from your new Home Concierge to schedule your in-home consultation. If they don’t hear back, they will call you 45 days later to see if they can help you schedule your appointment over the phone.
This seems like a lot of value for free, what’s the catch?
It may seem like you’re getting a lot of services, value, guidance and advice for free and it’s true, you are! However, we fundamentally believe that because we give our clients the largest asset (your home) and the largest debt (your mortgage), that we have a fiduciary responsibility to help you professionally and proactively manage each of those over time. Anyone can help you buy or sell a home or get a mortgage, but then it’s up to you to figure everything else out for the next 30 to 50 years and we don’t think that’s right. Therefore, this service is our gift to you as either a past client or potential future client when the time is right. Our hope is that by providing you with such an incredible level of value and commitment, that we can always help you with your real estate and finance related needs and that you will tell your friends, family and co-workers about our service as well.
